Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

RAASIL will offer to every customer Fifteen (15) days return time for all unused and unworn products. All returns must be postmarked within Fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. RAASIL reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned products.

Return Process

Log in to your profile through credentials and go to the return option to initiate a return. Alternatively, you can scroll to the footer where there is a Tracking/Return option. Click on this and you can find the order or item based on the Order ID or AWB Number which when selected can be returned.

Once the return is initiated, the product to be returned should be ready for pick-up within 24 hours. Please ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. In case of your unavailability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up. In such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated, and the overall timeline will increase. Returned products should be unused and unworn, with the original tags and labels attached and packed securely including all packaging material.

Refunds

After receiving your return products in our warehouse and inspecting them, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your products and amount reflected in our account to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email or message when your refund has been processed.

In cases of missing items in return orders, the company has the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This applies to promotional products, including free gifts and silver coins.

Replacement & Exchange

RAASIL apologizes for any inconvenience caused if the product received is not as per your selection (e.g., color, size, or wrong product). In such cases, you can avail replacement or exchange of your order. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement or exchange will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up and delivered to our warehouse, subject to the return products being unused and unworn with the original tags and labels attached and securely packed.

Products that are damaged or modified by the customer may not be accepted for replacement or exchange.

Exceptions

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for further processing. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.

Products that have been customized as per your requirements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
