Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to all customers for any order you place with us.

Shipping Time & Charges

RAASIL will offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India. We offer various shipping options, and in some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. It generally takes 3 to 4 days to complete a shipment.

Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note personalized items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand.

Shipping Charges: RAASIL offers free shipping on all orders within India. However, free standard shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once the order is shipped.

In case you’re ordering other items along with personalized or Gold jewelry, your order might arrive in parts.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

We charge a fixed minimum Shipping Fee of Rs. 2000 per order. However, international shipping charges may vary country by country.

Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any cause or reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
