Cancellation & Returns

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the dispatch confirmation email relating to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

Once the product is returned under our 15 Days Money Back policy (not applicable on coins) the refund will be credited to your RAASIL Cash account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

Upon cancellation/ return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to RAASIL Credits. Customers can make another purchase using RAASIL Credits.

Applicable laws

The parties agree that the courts located in India country, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer must provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh.

Cash on Delivery is not allowed on orders above Rs. 49,999.

The winners of contests and giveaways will be selected at the company's discretion.

The prizes/ gifts/ giveaways are non-returnable / exchangeable.

Any additional facilities provided by the company to winners and selectees of any contest is at the company's discretion.

RAASIL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of contests/ giveaways without any prior intimation or notice.

Gift & Gift Card

All free gifts are treated as discounts.

In Case of Partial Cancellation or Returns of Orders with a Free gift, the Amount refunded will not include the discount attributed to the Gift. A maximum of 5 gift cards can be clubbed by the customer while transacting at RAASIL. Gift Cards are not valid on gold coins. Partial redemption is not allowed.

RAASIL Cash

Your RAASIL Cash is valid only for one year (365 days) from the day you receive the same. RAASIL Cash will expire after 365 days from the day it's credited in your account.

Offer Terms & Conditions

Special offer is valid only on select designs on jewellery.

RAASIL may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time.

RAASIL has the right to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point of time. Promo codes which have expired cannot be used on the Website.

RAASIL can at any time ask the Member for the proof of having received the promo code.

Promo codes can be used only on specific orders as deemed fit by RAASIL.

Applicability of Promo Codes on certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates or occasions are at the discretion of RAASIL.

Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other special offer on the site, unless expressly otherwise stated.

For Online or Offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
